This year, Ingraham Athletics is offering three weeks of day camp opportunities as well as a spring break baseball camp. Our camps are focused on both learning athletic skills and making sure the kids enjoy a fun day camp experience. All camps are open to kids of all genders.
While gaining skills​ related to the various sports is an important part of each camp, meeting friends and playing games and having a fun experience is equally valued.
Each camp is run by one of our Ingraham teams with high school athletes serving as camp counselors. All camps are held at Ingraham High School, on our fields or in our gymnasium, and are supervised by our gifted staff of coaches. Campers will each receive a camp T-Shirt and will be provided with snacks.
Proceeds from the camps will go to support our teams and the Ingraham Athletic program.

Football 7 v 7 Day Camp (Ages 7-14)
July 8-12, 9:00 AM - 1 PM
Work with Ingraham’s football program to learn the basics of football and develop fundamental skills. During this exciting day camp, kids will work on passing and catching, how to run plays, defensive formations and techniques, and how to play as a team. Each day will include 7v7 scrimmages but no-tackling. A perfect camp for players intent on playing either girls flag football or boys football in high school.

Cheer and Dance Day Camp (Ages 5-12)
July 8-12, Noon – 4:00 PM
Let’s dance! Ingraham’s Cheer team can teach your kids to samba, to cha cha, disco, and jive. They’ll even throw in a little hip hop just to prepare them for arena dancing. This day camp is perfect for kids who love to dance and for future cheer leaders. Maybe they just want to learn some moves so they can show off at the next school dance or their aunt’s next wedding.

It’s time to learn all those crazy track and field events kids will be watching during the Olympics this summer. During this fun day camp, kids will work with Ingraham’s gigantic track team to learn everything from high jump skills to what a discus is. Emphasis on proper technique, of course. Events will be taught age appropriately and the week will culminate in a full field track meet on Friday.
